About me

Actually I am a very warm compassionate Man who believes that life happens from within. An open loving heart will bring positive people and joyful happy moments your way. Life also presents challenges and that is how we grow and learn. As difficult as life's journey can be I always enjoy the beautiful moments that present themselves. I love nature and like to be out and about and a part of it. Loving the sound of a water fall or brook, the crashing of the waves on the ocean, and the sound of birds singing in the morning and in the evening. I enjoy listening to many different types of music from rock to rhythm and blues and jazz. I also listen for the still moments in life in between the silence and like to be quiet and reflective. While enjoying laughing with friends and sharing good food and happy times together I also enjoy meditation and reading and personal growth and reflection. I enjoy physical fitness and like to exercise. I enjoy hiking and long walks in the park. I love all types of animals and being around them can put a smile on my face.
