About me

I was pulling into a parking spot the other day and noticed a phone on the ground in the parking spot. I got out and picked up the phone. It was a pretty nice, newer Samsung S20. It was about 90% charged and the volume/sound was turned off. I finished my business at the store and kept the phone plugged into my car for the drive home, just in case the owner called. When I got home, I sat in front of my computer watching Netflix with the phone standing up so I could see if somebody called. Somebody finally called about 8 hours after I had found the phone, "Hello?" I said, "Can I have my phone?" they accusatory voice answered. I responded with "Yes, I've been waiting for you to call". I gave the woman my address and they quickly came over. As I opened the door, the woman seemed very happy and offered me a couple of $20 bills as a reward, I told her to keep the money, and said that I only hope that somebody will treat me the same way if I ever lose my phone. The woman said that she worked at a dog grooming shop and told me to come by any time that I wanted and she would hook my dog up. I'm looking for someone that would have the same qualities, someone that would find a phone on the ground and do what they can to return it to the rightful owner. Someone that is honest and has integrity.
