I don 't throw words to the wind , I show my emotions and feelings . I don't like scandals, I prefer to solve everything by talking. I am used to be very independent woman but as the years go by I am gaining more femininity inside. Now I need someone to admire and appreciate me... And from my end, I can lift your spirit up and provide encouragement when times are rough. I will never betray or deceive you, I will not lie. You may believe me or not, but I am such a lady. I adore yoga and stretching, which help me feel the harmony of body and soul. I like to feel the adrenaline rush when skiing in the winter months, and I also arrange exciting quad bike rides. Reading books for me is a way to relax and expand my horizons. Regular gym workouts help me keep fit, and playing tennis gives me energy and fun. I like to enjoy the fresh air while walking, sometimes replacing them with vigorous runs. And hiking in the mountains for me is an opportunity to feel oneness with nature and discover something new. I am full of energy and love! My dream is to find love! Love does not know ages, right? I am in the perfect age to love and to concentrate on my man. I am experienced enough to make a mane happy. I am calm, wise and balanced. I like harmony in everything.
