I'm an active, curious, and grounded man living in Sweden. I believe in keeping both body and mind in good shape. When I’m not breaking a sweat, I have a creative and technical side. I enjoy video editing, building smart tech workflows, and even writing some character-driven comedy. I'm also a bit of a bookworm who loves getting lost in classic literature (like Jane Austen or Swedish poetry by Karin Boye) and relationship psychology. To top it off, I have a big passion for cooking, especially Vietnamese cuisine. Spending a weekend simmering a perfect Bò Kho or putting together a Lẩu cá is right up my alley.
